| What is Moranguinho? |
Moranguinho is known as Brazilian Strawberry Shortcake or Brazil Strawberry
Shortcake, literally means 'Little Strawberry' in Portuguese.
Circa 1980s unique and adorable Strawberry Shortcake dolls have been manufactured
by the Brazilian toy enterprise called Estrela.
The earlier products from Estrela were mostly the copies of original Kenner
dolls or similar variants. But after a while, Estrela has imaginatively
begun to creat the new world with Moranguinho. In my opinion, they are
the worlds' cutest dolls ever made! ...

| Why do I
love them? |
Such a funny thing, I was not a kind of girl who liked to play with &
take care of dollies. I always prefer playing outside with boys and my
little brother.
One day I , a tomboy grew up and merried to Brazilian, then first met Moranguinho
dolls by chance. Gosh, I found my girlishness at last :) My life as a SSC
fanatic has started all of a sudden.
